DAP Horizon | GoHighLevel systems & automation
I build GoHighLevel CRM systems, automated customer journeys, and conversion-focused digital experiences that help businesses manage enquiries, follow up consistently, and create a clearer path from first contact to the next step.
From CRM architecture and workflow implementation to funnels and websites, I connect the moving parts so your business can operate with greater clarity and less manual effort.

Illustrative workflow

See the real workflow demosA new enquiry is an opportunity. But opportunities can lose momentum when information is scattered, follow-ups depend on memory, or the next step in the customer journey is unclear. You might recognise some of these situations:
These aren't always lead-generation problems. Sometimes the process behind the lead needs attention. I help identify the gaps, map the customer journey, and implement the systems that support what should happen next.
Core services
Pipelines, stages, contact organisation, tags, custom fields, lead-source tracking, stage-based actions, entry and exit logic, testing and handover documentation.
Lead-capture workflows, conditional branching, email and SMS sequences, appointment reminders, internal notifications, no-show recovery and re-engagement, with testing.
Landing pages, service pages, forms and booking journeys, thank-you pages, and website-to-CRM integration with connected follow-up.
Email and SMS campaigns, calendar and availability setup, nurture sequences, lifecycle tags, internal alerts and operational handoffs.
Pipeline and workflow reviews, trigger and timing checks, duplicate or conflicting automation investigation, tagging structure reviews, and improvement recommendations.
Selected work
Projects may include client work, practice implementations, and concept builds. Each project is labelled according to its actual scope and context.

A premium digital experience for an aesthetics brand: service presentation, clear enquiry and booking pathways, responsive design.
Demonstrates: translating a service-based brand into a cohesive digital experience.

A structured experience built around a clear offer: information hierarchy, page flow, and a defined next step.
Demonstrates: structuring a website around the visitor's journey.

A concept for a legal professional, with readable content, structured service information, and straightforward enquiry pathways.
Demonstrates: adapting structure and tone to a professional-services audience.

Residential roofing and storm restoration. Tagline: Built above standard. A premium positioning built on workmanship, transparency and an organised customer experience.
Demonstrates: brand foundation and positioning carried into a full site.
From landing page to next step: how an offer, a lead-capture mechanism, and the next customer action fit together. Only live functionality and integrations that I can demonstrate are claimed.

GHL automation demonstrations
These are workflow demonstrations, not claims of measured revenue growth. They show how I think through automation. Each is silent until you press play and choose sound.
A new lead enters the CRM, gets a response, and moves through a booking journey. Problem addressed: enquiries need a defined process once they enter the system.
What the system does when a call is missed, so the next step is never left open. Problem addressed: missed contacts create manual follow-up and an unclear next action.
How conditions can direct contacts down different paths instead of one sequence for everyone. Problem addressed: one-size-fits-all follow-up ignores differences in intent.
CRM case study: high-ticket consulting program
A system architecture showcase. Each description covers only what is visible in the build screenshots. Client details are not shown, and no performance metrics are claimed.
Tags: the "001 | Lead Qualification" category holds eight tags: new lead, appointment booked, nurture active, showed, no-show, cancelled, rescheduled, customer.

Custom fields: a "High-Ticket Sales Fields" folder with six fields: Service Interest, Payment Range, Purchase Timeline, Lead Temperature, Lead Source Detail, Primary Challenge.

How I work
The offer, the audience, the existing tools, and the process you want to improve.
Entry points, pipeline movement, conditions, messages, handoffs, and exit criteria.
CRM components, pages, and workflows within the agreed scope, each with a clear role.
Conditions, timing, contact updates, and alternative paths, depending on scope and access.
What was built, how the main parts work, and what to maintain or monitor.
Secondary service
Not every business needs a standalone implementation project. Sometimes you need a dependable person who can manage the CRM, coordinate the moving parts, and support daily operations, part-time, ongoing, or within an agreed scope.
Contacts, pipelines, tags, custom fields, workflow monitoring and updates, campaign scheduling, forms and calendars.
Calendar and meetings, inbox and client communication, task coordination, SOPs and process documentation.
Course and membership administration, content uploads, community moderation, webinar coordination, marketing support.
You don't have to separate every operational task from every technical task. Understanding how CRM processes, communications, and automation fit together means less time explaining context.
Technology stack
Not every tool carries equal depth. Filter by area, and read the level on each tool.
About Doreen
I'm Doreen, the person behind DAP Horizon, and Ree to the people I build with. I've spent two years inside GoHighLevel, long enough to know where workflows quietly break and how to make the next one clearer. Coffee is my best friend, and it's usually next to me when a pipeline finally clicks into place.
My work sits where GoHighLevel implementation, customer journey design, and business operations meet. Supporting online business operations gave me practical experience with CRM administration, email and SMS campaigns, pipeline management, course and membership operations, and client support.
I hold the HLA Automation Builder certificate, awarded for successfully building a full CRM in HighLevel, and keep building through practical projects. Automation shouldn't exist for its own sake. It should serve a defined purpose, fit the business process, and be understandable to the people who use it.
